Hi, I'm David Avery, creator of the A.L.I.G.N. Revenue Engine™, which helps B2B marketers see what's working and not working, allowing them to maximize revenue and ROI.

I've been doing Revenue Operations for B2B tech companies my entire career, which began at Qlik, one of the worlds largest and leading analytics companies, where I helped establish and lead the BI team specializing in Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success analytics.
​
Since leaving Qlik, after nearly 9 years, earning a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, an MBA, and a Master's degree in Accounting, and a Ph.D., I have had the opportunity to build and create Revenue Operations teams at multiple organizations from the ground up, constructing integrated technology stacks, streamlining top-to-bottom lead and pipeline processes, and of course, best-in-class analytics. All that experience led me to start Optimax Business Consulting and to develop the A.L.I.G.N. Revenue Engine™ where we've been able to take the guesswork out of building a world-class lead-to-revenue process for high performing B2B marketing and sales teams for multiple organizations.
